Infosat Communications proudly operates the world’s largest iDirect network through its Connect satellite solution. Ideal for mid to large size businesses, Connect is a fast, reliable and cost-effective broadband solution. Connect’s hardware supports a number of different capabilities, including: Corporate Wide Area Network (WAN), Email, VPN, Voice over IP (VOIP), Large file transfer, Point of Sale transactions (PoS), and high-speed Internet access/research.

Connect is scalable for both inbound and outbound data rates, allowing users to easily meet current and future bandwidth requirements. It is designed to offer private, business-class satellite solutions for remote branch/field offices that require a private and secure IP-based network.

Our Connect™ service utilizes iDirect’s VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) solution, allowing clients to effectively manage their high-speed connectivity requirements. Voice and data travel to and from your field offices via satellite to Infosat’s Hub facility, which has access to the Internet backbone.

Quality of Service (QoS) – enables automatic identification, classification and prioritization of data traffic across the network

Committed Information Rate (CIR) – guaranteed bandwidth that is reserved for a remote site. This bandwidth is allocated regardless of presence of traffic.
