Connect's hardware supports a number of different capabilities, including: Voice-Over-IP (VoIP), Corporate Wide Area Network (WAN), Email, VPN, Large file transfer, Point of Sale transactions (PoS), and high-speed Internet access/research.

Our Connect™ service utilizes iDirect's VSAT (Very Small Aperture Terminal) solution, allowing clients to effectively manage their high-speed connectivity requirements. Voice and data travel to and from your field offices via satellite to Infosat's Hub facility, which has access to the Internet backbone. Connect allows for 1-to-Multiple handset connectivity with toll-quality voice, minimizing static often associated with other modes of phone communication.

Committed Information Rate (CIR) guaranteed bandwidth that is reserved for a remote site. This bandwidth is allocated regardless of presence of traffic.
