The HSE service is a satellite solution geared toward small businesses in remote areas. Web hosting and email account packages are available with this solution. The modem type used is a ViaSat Surfbeam. Small business support can be obtained by calling 1.866.775.0878.

**Please note: this solution is supported between the hours of 8am to 8pm Mountain Time.

• What information will the NOC be asking for?
• MAC Address: this is located on a sticker at the back of your modem.

• What do the lights on the front of the modem mean?
• There are four lights on the front of the modem. They are:
• Power: on steady green.
• Rx (receive): on steady green when the modem has receive lock.
• Tx (transmit): flashing green when transmitting.
• LAN: on steady green when connected to a computer or other network device; flashing green when traffic is passing over Ethernet cable.

• I have registered a domain for my hosting package. What is the full domain name?
• The format is as follows:
• yourdomainname.infosathse.com

• Where do I login to get access to my domain’s control panel?
• Your login information has been emailed to you. You can access your control panel at http://hosting.infosathse.com

• I don't have the instructions that were emailed when my account was setup.
• Follow the link for a generic version of the full instructions that were sent to you.
• Note: This will not include your login information
